IIRO Opens Centre to Receive Syrian Refugees ,in Lebanon

Beirut, Safar 5, 1434, Dec 18, 2012, SPA -- Saudi Ambassador to Lebanon Ali bin Saeed Awadh Asiri, opened here today Islamic International Relief Organization(IIRO) center dedicated to receive Syrian refugees in Lebanon, in the presence of Lebanese ministers of Education and Social Affairs, Hassan Deeb and Waeil Abu Faour, resectively and the Secretary General of IIRO Ihsan Saleh Tayyeb. Following the inauguration, three accords were inked between the IIRO and other Lebanese sectors, to undertake sponosorship of about 3,000 Syrian students and other social and health committments for the refugees.
