The First Sphere Arabic-speaking Trainers Summit will be held in the United Arab Emirates- Dubai from 9th-11th March 2013. This three-day meeting is jointly organized by the United Nations Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (UNOCHA), Khalifa University and the Sphere Project.
